A Mayo Hegar Needle Holder:

A needle holder is a Surgical Instrument. Doctors and Surgeons use it during Surgery, to hold a suturing needle for closing wounds, it is also know as a Needle driver, it is Made with Many Different Types of Materials, like Germany Imported Stainless Steel, Japanese Stainless Steel, knows as J1 and j2, it is made in 2 Parts, which Assembled with help of a Pin.

How Manufactured a Needle Holder:

It is manufactured from a Stainless Steel Strip, with the help of a Hammer Stroke, and Die of Needle holder can give us a rough shape of a Needle holder. Now it’s called a Forging Material, then move for an Annealing Process, which can less a Hardness from these Parts, After that it is moved to a Machine Shop, to make Grooves and Shanks in these parts,

One called Female Part, and one called a Male part, then move to the Filling shop, and Assembled these 2 parts, after Filling Process it is Become a filled Needle Holder. Then move to the Temper Area to Give Hardness as per Industrial Standard, After Temper move to the Polishing Area, When it is Polished, so it move for Ultrasonic process, which can remove all the Germs and make it Clean and Shined, after that a Needle Holder is Ready to use for a doctor or Surgeons.

Working of a Needle Holder:

A simple Needle holder have 2 jaws Serrated, and a Ratchet or lock System which can help to Grip a Needle, during Stitching Process in a Surgery by the Surgeons.

A Needle Holder always made with the industrial standard with German Stainless steel, and has Tungsten Carbide Tip in the same place of serrated jaws, to grip the Needle with a Strong way.
